The 10 Images of Spain are organized into 3 groupings.

Equal to the size of Colorado and Wyoming combined, Spain covers close to 200,000 square miles, with 42 cities exceeding 100,000 in population. In this tour we will concentrate on Madrid and the Andalusian cities south to the Cosa del Sol, a 240-mile sun coast.
The following images attempt to capture the charms of this exuberant and wildly beautiful country. In this series I have selected ten images from the favorite Spanish cities of Cordoba, Madrid, Granada, Seville, and Toledo.
From Cordoba's eye-filling charms, you will find two lovely old quarters, and the popular flower lanes. From Madrid, expert at elegance, I have chosen two of the oldest restaurants. One, Sobrino de Botin, has been serving continuously since the year 1215.
In Granada, a shot of the Alhambra, and the ageless grandeur of the gardens in this Moorish palace. Seville, Carmen's town, contains two memorable images. The first is of the Plaza de Espana, the still-grand international exposition buildings, a souvenir of the 1920's. The other I have titled "Carmen's Courtyard," a wonderful example of private residential garden areas.
No city has a more awesome hillside setting than Toledo, Spain's first capital. This image was taken late in the evening and is titled "Medieval Hillside".
